Delivery in Bahrain

How long delivery takes

Trendyol shows the expected delivery date range in your cart, on the order confirmation and on the Order Detail page (My Account, then My Orders). Items in one order can arrive on different days or in separate parcels.

What delivery costs

Cart value	Delivery fee
Below BHD 10 (about US$27)	BHD 3 (about US$8)
BHD 10 (about US$27) or more	Free

A worked example

A cart worth BHD 9 pays the BHD 3 (about US$8) fee. Adding one more item you actually need to reach BHD 11 clears the threshold, so the delivery fee disappears. Only do this with items you would buy anyway.

Tracking your order

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the status appears on the Order Detail page, which you can also reach from the link in your order email.

Returns and refunds

The 15-day return window

You can return most items within 15 days of delivery, and returns are free. If returning part of an order brings the kept items below the free-delivery threshold, Trendyol may deduct the original delivery fee from the refund.

Items you cannot return

Underwear
Swimwear and bikinis
Food and beverages
Jewellery
Beauty products that have been opened or used (unused items in original packaging can be returned)

How to return an item

Open Order Details (guests use Guest Orders and Returns).
Tap Easy Return, pick the items and give a reason.
Create the Return Label. An order delivered in several parcels needs one label per parcel.
Pack the items in their original packaging with the label.
Hand the parcel to the courier, who contacts you to arrange pickup, or use a drop-off point where one is offered.
Track the return on the Order Detail page until the refund is confirmed.

How long refunds take

How you paid	Where the refund goes	Typical time
Credit or debit card	Same card	2 to 10 business days
Tabby or Tamara (where offered)	Same provider	2 to 10 business days
Apple Pay	Apple Pay	2 to 10 business days
Cash on delivery	Trendyol Coins	Same day
Trendyol Coins	Trendyol Coins	Same day

These times apply when the refund is processed within 30 days of the original payment, according to Trendyol's Gulf refund policy. Trendyol Coins can be spent on future orders but cannot be cashed out.

Payment options in Bahrain
