What do you see after tapping the card?

A short booking form asks you to pick a course, enter a mobile number you use on WhatsApp, choose your child's grade and say whether you have a laptop or desktop at home.

Where does the saving come from?

The first class is free, so you see the teacher, the platform and the lesson style before choosing a paid plan, and every course page lists its price per class in local currency.

What does the deal include?

A free live trial class with an expert teacher, a follow-up talk with a learning advisor and the course prices published on Brightchamps' own pages.

• Free first class
• Prices shown per class
• Book in a few minutes

1. Tap our Brightchamps card.
2. Fill in the booking form.
3. Join the free trial class.

What are the four steps?

You share your child's interests and age, join the free trial session, talk with a learning expert about progress and next steps, then pick a program and enrol if you are happy.

What does the teacher do in the trial?

The session is live and hands-on. In math, for example, the teacher looks for skill gaps and focuses on the level your child is at now and the skills needed next.

Should a parent sit in?

It helps for the first class, because you see how your child responds to the teacher and can ask the advisor clear questions afterwards.

Longer tracks with more sessions carry a lower price per class, while shorter tracks cost more per class but less in total.

What are group classes like?

Most tracks use small groups so children can get help when they need it, and many of the per-class prices on course pages are for group formats.

Which platform is used?

What equipment is needed?

A basic laptop or desktop with internet access is enough for most courses, which is why the booking form asks about your device.

How much notice is needed?

The FAQ says classes can be rescheduled or cancelled 12 hours before the session, based on availability and learning preferences. Brightchamps publishes each of these details itself.

Does rescheduling affect refunds?

Rescheduling arrangements made by the retention or support team end refund eligibility under the refund policy, so plan the main schedule before enrolling.

What Are the Refund Rules?

Refund requests have a 10-day window, and eligible refunds are calculated after deductions set out in the policy.

How long do you have?

For one-to-one classes, a request must be made within 10 days of the payment date. For group classes, it must be made within 10 days of the first scheduled class.

Which requests are excluded?

Requests after the window are ineligible, and the policy says non-attendance, scheduling trouble or a change of preference alone do not create grounds beyond that window.

What is deducted?

The value of classes, sessions or credits used up to the request date is taken off first, then a processing charge of 5% of the eligible refund amount.

Are there other charges?

The policy allows a one-time setup fee of USD 100, or the local equivalent, plus bank, payment gateway, transaction or foreign exchange charges.

How Do Families Get Help and Use the App?

Support runs through [email protected] and BrightBuddy Chat, and the learner app keeps notes and projects close at hand.

What should you include in a message?

Give the student's name, your registered phone number, the course name and a short description of the issue, with screenshots where useful.

Which channel suits which issue?

Refund requests must go through BrightBuddy Chat, while general questions before enrolling can go by email or to the learning advisor after the trial.

Where do you download it?

The app is listed on the Apple App Store as BrightCHAMPS Learner App and on Google Play under the same name.

What is it useful for?

It keeps classes, notes and projects in reach on a phone or tablet, while coding and robotics sessions are still best on a laptop or desktop.
