What Does Openhagen Actually Sell?

Openhagen is a Danish brand from Copenhagen that designs premium accessories for musicians and music lovers. Its catalogue is split into three groups on the website: Play, Display and Lifestyle. Play covers playing tools such as the Signature Pick Collection, the reimagined capo, attachable picks and a pick with a plastic holder. Display covers wall mounts, floor stands, a premium display case and a wooden headphone stand. Lifestyle brings together the versatile guitar case, a portable Bluetooth speaker, a smart cinema projector in a wooden design, a phone-free music player and side-sleeper earbuds.

Why Do Guitar Players Choose Openhagen?

The brand describes itself as award-winning Scandinavian design and says its products are patented. It reports more than 50,000 happy customers worldwide and says over 100 music stores stock its accessories. Many of its products use natural wood and clean lines, so a guitar on the wall becomes part of the room's decoration instead of something hidden in a corner. That design angle is the main reason shoppers pay premium prices, and it is also why a sitewide code makes a noticeable difference on the bill.

Is the Openhagen Code Valid for Every Customer?

Yes. The current code is listed for all customers, so you do not need a new account or a first order to use it. You can check out as a returning buyer and still apply it, as long as you enter only one code per order.

How Do You Use Openhagen Offers, Deals & Coupons at Checkout?

Applying the saving takes about a minute once you know where the box is. The steps below follow the official checkout, which runs on a standard online store flow with the discount field placed next to the order summary.

1. Open the Openhagen store through the link on this page so the right regional storefront loads.
2. Choose your products from Play, Display or Lifestyle and add them to the cart.
3. Open the cart and press the checkout button.
4. Enter your email, full name and a street address in Qatar.
5. Type the code into the discount code box and press apply.
6. Check that the 15% reduction shows in the order summary, then choose a payment method.

Where Is the Discount Code Box?

On desktop the discount code field sits in the right-hand order summary. On a phone it is usually hidden under a collapsed "show order summary" line at the top of the checkout page, so tap that line first and the field appears.

What Payment Methods Can You Use?

The footer of the official site lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Union Pay. Wallet options depend on your device and browser, but card payments work on every device.

What If the Code Does Not Apply?

First check that you typed it exactly, with no spaces before or after. Then remove any other code from the box, because only one discount code is accepted per order. If the total still does not change, refresh the checkout page and apply the code again before you pay.

Which Openhagen Products Give the Biggest Savings?

A percentage discount always saves more on higher-priced items, so the best value comes from the premium end of the catalogue. The table below uses the US dollar prices shown on the official site at the time of writing; local prices are converted at checkout and can change with exchange rates.

Product	Listed price	Approximate saving with 15%
Premium Guitar Display Case	From $1,999	About $300
The Guitar, Reimagined	$499	About $75
Smart Cinema projector in wood	$599	About $90
Portable Bluetooth Speaker	$299	About $45
Versatile Guitar Case	From $249	About $37
Guitar Floor Stand	$199	About $30
Guitar Wall Mount	From $69	About $10

Which Wall Mount Should You Pick?

Openhagen sells a Display guitar wall mount for acoustic and classical guitars and a separate Electric Guitar Wall Mount shaped for solid-body instruments. Both are made to hold the guitar securely while showing off the body shape, and both are listed from $69. If you own several guitars, buying two or three mounts in one order is where a sitewide code starts to add up.

Is the Floor Stand Worth It?

The Guitar Floor Stand at $199 suits players who rent, cannot drill into walls or move their instrument around the home. It sits right on the free shipping line for most countries, so a single stand with the code can still qualify for free delivery when the threshold is measured on the order total.

Are the Small Accessories Worth Adding?

Picks, the capo and the attachable ukulele stand cost between $9 and $49, so they save less on their own. They are useful to top up a basket that is close to a free shipping threshold, and they make good gifts for players who already own a mount.

How Much Does Openhagen Shipping Cost in Qatar?

Openhagen says it delivers almost all over the world and offers free shipping on orders above $199 in most countries. Equivalent thresholds in other currencies are calculated automatically at checkout, so the exact figure for Qatar appears once you enter your address.

Shipping detail	Official policy
Order processing	Around 48 hours, Monday to Friday
Most products	4 to 8 business days delivery
Oversized items	25 to 30 business days delivery
Free shipping	Above $199 in most countries
Oversized free shipping	Above $399

Which Items Count as Oversized?

The shipping policy names the NordicCase, the LightBoks screen, the NordicVault display case and the Harmoni guitar as oversized products. They carry a special shipping fee, but they also qualify for free shipping when the order is above $399. Plan for the longer delivery window if you are buying one of these as a gift.

Who Pays Import Duties?

According to its shipping policy, Openhagen automatically covers import duties related to orders. The policy notes some country-specific exceptions, so read the checkout summary for your address. Remote or less accessible areas can also attract a carrier surcharge, which is shown before payment.

Does Openhagen Deliver to P.O. Boxes?

The policy says Openhagen does not send orders to post office boxes or military bases for security reasons, and it needs an identifiable recipient and street address. Use a home or office address in Qatar where someone can receive the parcel during business hours.

What Is the Openhagen Return Policy?

Openhagen gives you 100 days from the date of delivery to return a purchase for a refund. That is far longer than most accessory stores and is one of the reasons the brand calls its returns risk-free. The conditions are clear, so it is worth reading them before you order.

• Items must be unmarked, unaltered and undamaged.
• The product must go back in its original, intact packaging.
• Include your invoice as proof of purchase, your full name and order number.
• Send a return request through the official contact details first to receive instructions.
• Use an insured delivery service, because the item is your responsibility until it reaches the warehouse.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the product is undamaged and free of defects, the buyer pays the return shipping cost. That includes a change of mind or the wrong colour. If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, Openhagen pays for the return and for sending a replacement.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once a return is received and accepted, Openhagen allows 7 to 10 working days for inspection. Refunds then go back to the original payment method within 3 to 4 weeks of acceptance. Keep your tracking receipt until the money arrives.

How Do You Report Damage on Arrival?

Report any damage, defect or wrong item within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. The store strongly recommends an unboxing video as proof, together with photos, your full name and the order number. Claims sent after the 48-hour window may not be covered.

How Can You Save More With Openhagen Offers, Deals & Coupons?

The code is the main saving, but a few habits help you get more from each order. These tips come from the store's own shipping and returns rules rather than guesswork.

Tip	Why it helps
Combine items in one order	Reaches the free shipping threshold faster
Buy oversized items above $399	Removes the special shipping fee
Watch the site banner	Openhagen runs limited free shipping campaigns
Keep original packaging	Protects your 100-day return option

When Does Openhagen Run Promotions?

The store sometimes runs limited campaigns, such as a free shipping month shown in the top banner, and crossed-out prices on product pages show when an item is already reduced. Your code is applied on top of the current price at checkout, so check the summary to see the final figure.

Should You Buy Gifts With the Code?

Openhagen accessories are popular gifts for guitarists because they combine a useful tool with home decoration. A wall mount with a pick set or a headphone stand makes a complete gift, and the 15% saving applies to the whole basket. Keep in mind that returns require original packaging, so ask the recipient to keep the box.

Can You Use the Code on the Phone-Free Music Player?

Yes. The code works sitewide, so newer Lifestyle products such as the phone-free music player and the side-sleeper earbuds are included at checkout like any other item.

Is Openhagen a Trustworthy Store?

Openhagen is operated by Openhagen ApS, a Danish company with an office in Copenhagen and a registered VAT number shown in the site footer. Its terms are governed by Danish law, and it publishes full shipping, refund, privacy and cookie policies on the site.

How Do You Track an Openhagen Order?

After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking number, and the site has a Track your Order page. Use that number on the carrier's site for the most detailed updates. If a parcel goes missing, the policy asks you to contact the carrier first and then Openhagen.

Which Languages and Currencies Does the Site Support?

The site is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese. You can switch the display currency to options such as Saudi riyal, Qatari riyal, UAE dirham or Egyptian pound, or keep US dollars. Prices are recalculated with current exchange rates, so small changes between visits are normal.
