Kinship Deals Across Bags and Shoes

Deals on the store tend to cluster in the two categories shoppers search for most: designer bags and luxury footwear. Many product pages show a sale price next to the regular price.

Prices on the site are shown in US dollars, and customs duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so the figure in the order summary is the full landed price with nothing collected at the door.

Where Sale Prices Appear

• Goyard bags such as the Saint Louis GM and Artois MM
• The Row totes in leather
• Loro Piana Summer Walk loafers for men and women
• Maison Margiela Replica sneakers

Quick Summary: Where Sale Prices Appear

Clothing and Outerwear

Arc'teryx jackets such as the Beta SL appear among popular pieces, so outerwear is worth checking alongside bags and shoes.

Adding the Code to a Deal

Sale prices and the checkout code can work together; the order summary confirms whether the code applied to each discounted line.

How the Kinship Order Flow Works With the Kinship Deals

From the moment a basket is paid, a the store order passes through a clear sequence before it reaches the door. Knowing the order of events makes tracking emails easier to read.

The Sequence

2. Processing takes up to two business days
3. The piece is verified and checked at the Hong Kong hub
4. A shipping label email follows, typically within three to four business days
5. Delivery lands in five to ten business days on average

Missing Confirmation

Check the spam or promotions folder first. If nothing arrives within an hour but the card was charged, contact customer care to resend it.

Larger Orders

Bigger baskets may produce several shipping emails.

• It is in its original packaging with labels and accessories
• A return request is sent through the Contact page first
• Parcels sent without a request are not accepted

An unshipped order can still be cancelled for a full refund.

Duties, Taxes and the Final Price

One of the clearest features of the store is that duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout for international orders.

What That Means

• No import charges at the door
• The checkout total is the landed price
• Shipping is free above three hundred US dollars
• A flat twenty-five US dollars applies below that

Comparing With Other Shops

When comparing prices, add any duties another shop would collect on arrival, because the the store figure already includes them.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Why Orders Ship From Hong Kong

Reasons Given

• Consolidating shipments from many partners
• Improving global delivery efficiency
• Running the second authentication check
• Lowering logistics costs

Returns Go There Too

Returned parcels are received at the same hub, after a return request has been acknowledged.

Couriers Used

FedEx, DHL and UPS Priority carry most parcels, sometimes with a local courier for the final stretch.
