Platinumlist Promo Code page for Bahrain: how tickets arrive, when collection applies and how to keep tickets safe.
Platinumlist is an official ticket seller used by more than 10 million people, selling concerts, attractions, shows and experiences for promoters across the region.
Tickets arrive as PDF files by email soon after payment. A few events need an exchange at a collection booth, and lost or stolen tickets are not replaced, so storing them safely matters.
Every detail here comes from platinumlist.net, its homepage, event pages and terms and conditions, checked in October 2026, and we update this page and the offer cards whenever a promotion starts, changes or ends.
The Platinumlist Promo Code page looks at the value inside every ticket for Bahrain: how the PDF ticket reaches your email, how to reprint it from My Calendar, when an event needs a collection booth, what to bring on the day and how to keep the barcode safe.
Platinumlist issues tickets electronically as PDF files sent by email. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and checking your inbox, and the PDF can be printed or shown at entry as your ticket.
In most cases the ticket is emailed shortly after payment completes. Check the spam folder if it does not appear in a few minutes. Adding the Platinumlist address to your contacts can stop it landing in spam.
Yes. Logged-in customers can print tickets at any time from the My Calendar section of the website. This is useful if your phone is lost or the email gets deleted.
The terms say that in some countries a ticket link can be sent by SMS to your phone for a small extra fee. The extra fee and availability are shown during checkout where offered.
| Delivery | How | Note |
|---|---|---|
| PDF ticket | Standard | |
| Website | My Calendar | Reprint any time |
| SMS | Ticket link | Some countries, small fee |
Save the PDF on your phone and keep a printed copy for venues that prefer paper. Many venues scan the code straight from a phone screen.
On the day, the ticket and the rules matter most. It is your responsibility to attend at the right time and date and to check that the event is still running as published, since Platinumlist does not refund missed events.
Bring the PDF or printed ticket, photo ID and, if asked at purchase, the card used to pay, together with anything the event page requires. Venues may also ask for the original card for a final buyer check.
Promoters set their own entry times. Late arrival can mean missing part of a show or losing a time slot at an attraction. Arriving early also gives time for security and ticket checks.
The terms say that by buying a ticket you agree to being photographed or filmed by the promoter or venue at the event. Events may also use the footage in their own promotion.
| Bring | Why |
|---|---|
| Ticket PDF or print | Entry scan |
| Photo ID | Identity check |
| Payment card | Original buyer check |
Look at the event page or your email on the morning of the event for any updates. Promoters sometimes send last-minute changes to the email on the order.
For a small number of events, the PDF from Platinumlist must be exchanged for a printed ticket issued by the promoter. Collection booths for this are usually placed close to the event entrance, and the event page explains when this applies.
Bring a printed copy of the Platinumlist ticket or the ticket number, plus valid photo ID such as a driving licence, national identity card or passport. The ticket number appears in the confirmation email and on the PDF itself.
ID proves the ticket belongs to you and protects buyers from copied tickets. The name should match the order details. Booth staff may refuse the exchange if the ID does not match.
Arrive early enough to queue at the booth before the doors open, especially at large concerts and festivals. Queues can grow quickly in the hour before doors open.
The event page or the confirmation email will say so, and the promoter may also send instructions. Following those instructions keeps entry quick on the day.
Your ticket is your entry, so treat the PDF like cash. Platinumlist does not replace or refund lost or stolen tickets, and copied tickets can block your own entry.
No. A barcode or QR code shared online can be copied and used by someone else first. Each ticket usually allows one entry, so the first scan wins.
Keep it in your email and save a copy on your phone, and print it if the venue prefers paper. Keeping two copies protects you if a phone battery runs out.
Contact Platinumlist support straight away with your order details. Quick action gives the team the best chance to review the order and protect your booking.
Share the ticket only with the people attending with you. Treat the PDF as private until the moment you reach the gate.
