2B Promo Code A7 gives 10% off website orders in Egypt, up to one hundred Egyptian pounds, and when it fails the cause is usually simple. This page lists the common reasons, from the monthly limit to an instalment payment, and the quick fixes that bring the saving back.

2B Egypt is an electronics retailer founded in two thousand, with more than sixty branches across the country and an online store. It sells laptops, mobiles, tablets, gaming gear, networking products, software and home appliances, offers doorstep delivery, branch pickup and cash on delivery on most orders, and accepts change-of-mind returns within fourteen days under consumer law.

Quick Fixes

2. Refresh the basket and apply the code again
3. Switch to a direct payment method
4. Wait for the next month if the limit is reached

Code Rules Today

These are the code rules as the store states them.

Code Rules in One Table

Returns Within Fourteen Days With the 2B Promo Code

The return policy follows Egyptian consumer law. Within fourteen days of receiving an item, you can exchange it or return it for a refund without giving a reason and without paying a fee. This covers the change-of-mind case, such as a laptop that turns out heavier than expected.

Items That Cannot Be Returned This Way

The policy lists exceptions. Products whose nature or packaging prevents return, perishable goods, custom-made items, books, software and similar goods, and items that are no longer in a saleable condition because of the customer do not qualify.

Keeping the Return Smooth

Keep the original packaging, accessories and invoice. Opened software and items that show use can fall outside the policy, so test hardware carefully and stop at the first sign of a problem.

Home Appliances and Screens

Beyond computers, the store lists home appliances and screens. Penguin and Purity appear among the brand shops, and the delivery terms mention large home appliances as a separate group. This makes the site a one-stop option for furnishing a new flat with both electronics and appliances.

Delivery Rules for Bulky Items

Large appliances follow their own delivery fee, are excluded from the waived delivery offer and cannot be paid in cash on delivery. Plan for an online card payment and a phone call confirming the fee.

Mixing Appliances With Electronics

If you order a large appliance with smaller items, the appliance rules can affect the whole order. Placing two separate orders keeps the smaller items on the standard delivery terms.

Voucher Payment Rules

The payment method decides whether the code price holds.

Payment Methods and the Code

Warranty Coverage

The store highlights a reliable warranty on its products, accessible through its branches across Egypt. The return policy explains that warranty service includes inspection, repair and the use of original spare parts.

What to Keep After Buying

Keep the invoice and the box. They identify the purchase date and the exact model, which the branch needs before starting warranty work.

Warranty and the Code

A code saving does not change the warranty on an item. The product carries the same cover whether you paid full price or used the code at checkout.

Product Pages Before a Promo Code Order

Product pages carry more than a price.

Understanding the Saving Cap

The current code gives ten percent off, but the saving stops at one hundred Egyptian pounds. That means the saving grows with the basket until the basket reaches one thousand pounds. Above that point the saving stays at the cap.

Small and Mid-Sized Baskets

Accessories, cables, routers and gaming peripherals usually sit below one thousand pounds, so they get the full percentage. A mouse and keyboard set is a typical example.

Large Baskets

On a laptop, phone or appliance worth several thousand pounds, the code still saves the full capped amount. It is a fixed amount off in practice, so compare it against any lower price shown on the product page.

2B Fix Repair Service

Alongside sales, the company runs a repair and upgrade service called 2B Fix. It handles laptops, mobiles, tablets, screens and gaming devices, and the service page mentions repair warranties of up to twelve months.

When Repair Beats Replacement

A worn battery, a cracked screen or a slow drive can often be fixed for far less than a new device costs. Ask for an estimate before deciding to replace a laptop that otherwise works well.

Upgrades for Older Machines

Adding memory or a faster storage drive can extend the life of a laptop. Parts can be bought on the website, while the service team can handle the fitting.

How This Page Is Sourced and Checked

Delivery, payment, return and warranty details on this page come from the official 2B Egypt website for Egypt, including its delivery page, return policy and terms and conditions, which are the sources used for policy verification. Code terms come from the brand's partner programme and were checked on the date shown on this page. Prices, stock and offer terms can change, so the total in the basket on the official site is the figure that counts.

• Policy details from the official website
• Code terms checked at the date shown
