Ottocast Code: 15% Off CarPlay Adapters and AI Boxes Egypt Up To 15% For All Users

Ottocast Code OTTOCASTCS15OFF takes 15% off online orders on the official Ottocast website in Egypt. It covers wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapters, CarPlay AI boxes, portable screens and car accessories. The sections below show where the code works, which codes are live and how to confirm the saving before paying.

Ottocast is a car technology brand that sells wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapters, CarPlay AI boxes, portable car screens, motorcycle CarPlay screens, dash cams and car accessories through its official online store, which ships worldwide.

Ottocast Code: Where the Ottocast Code Works on the Site

The current code applies at checkout on the official Ottocast website for Egypt. It comes from the brand's partner programme and is typed into the discount field rather than unlocked through a special link.

Eligible Items

The code is presented as a sitewide saving across the online catalogue: wireless adapters, AI boxes, portable screens, motorcycle displays, dash cams, mounts and cables. If a product is already on a separate promotion, the order summary shows whether the code still applies to that line.

Codes Available Now

• OTTOCASTCS15OFF is the main code listed on this page
• OTTOCAST10 is a second code that takes a fixed amount off instead of a percentage
• The checkout accepts one discount code per order

Keeping the Code Handy

Copy the code from the card at the top of this page just before checkout. Pasting avoids typing errors in a long code made of letters and numbers.

Who Runs the Ottocast Online Store With the Ottocast Code

The official website is the brand's own online store, and the refund policy states that it covers purchases made directly from stores operated by Ottocast. Orders from other retailers follow that retailer's terms instead.

Why This Matters

Buying direct means the brand's own shipping, return and warranty policies apply. Those pages are linked from the footer of the official site under Terms and Policy.

Customer Service Contacts

• Email: [email protected]
• Contact Us form on the official site
• Track My Order page for parcel updates
• FAQs page for common product questions

Software and Guides

The support menu also links to a Software Upgrade page and a CloudSIM guide. Keeping an adapter or AI box up to date can fix connection issues before they become a return request.

Checking Vehicle Compatibility Before Ordering

Compatibility is the single most important step with car technology. The refund policy asks buyers to check it before ordering and treats a return for incompatibility as a non-quality return.

What to Check

Most wireless adapters need a car that already supports wired CarPlay or Android Auto through its USB port. Portable screens and motorcycle displays work differently, because they bring their own display.

Where to Look

Product pages list supported phones and connection types. If a car is unusual or the product page is unclear, email [email protected] before buying.

Compatibility Checklist

1. Note the car's make, model and year.
2. Confirm whether it has wired CarPlay or Android Auto.
3. Read the product page for the supported setup.
4. Ask support if anything is unclear.
5. Order only once the match is confirmed.

Shipping From the Ottocast Website

The shipping policy on the official site explains how parcels travel to Egypt and most other countries.

Processing

Orders are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The store adds that it is not responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer, so check the details before paying.

Delivery Methods

• Free standard shipping worldwide, with timing that varies by country
• A basic paid option that is a little quicker
• Express shipping with DHL or FedEx for a fee shown at checkout

Customs and Duties

Parcels may be subject to customs or import duties in the destination country, paid by the recipient. The store states that it cannot control or predict these charges, so allow for them when comparing the final cost.

Unclaimed Parcels

A restocking fee applies if a parcel is not claimed and goes back to the sender.

Returns and Refunds Explained

The refund policy on the official Ottocast website is detailed, and reading it before ordering avoids surprises.

Return Window

A return can be requested within thirty days of delivery. The product must not be damaged by the buyer and must come back with its original packaging, accessories, cables and documentation.

Costs by Reason

• Unopened change-of-mind return: buyer pays return shipping, original shipping is not refunded
• Opened change-of-mind return in like-new condition: a restocking fee applies as well
• Confirmed manufacturing defect or store error: full refund and a prepaid return label

Before Opening a Dispute

The policy asks buyers to contact support first. Opening a bank chargeback at the same time can delay a direct refund while the dispute is reviewed.

Bulk Orders

Orders of five or more units of the same product may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancelling an Order Before It Ships

Plans change, and the refund policy sets out a clear cancellation route as long as the order has not left the warehouse.

Within Twelve Hours of Payment

A cancellation requested within twelve hours of payment, while the order is not yet shipped, is free and gives a full refund.

After Twelve Hours

After that point, an unshipped order can still be cancelled, but a cancellation fee based on the order subtotal applies.

Once Shipped

A shipped order can no longer be cancelled. It can be returned on arrival under the return terms instead.

How to Cancel

1. Email [email protected] as soon as possible.
2. Include the order number.
3. Wait for confirmation before reordering.
4. Apply the code again on the new order if you place one.
