Beyond the standard Crokinole sets, Woodestic sells a one-off printed board, two classic tabletop games and a long list of care products and spares.

This page explains the design proof for Exclusive boards, what the Carrom and Shuffleboard sets involve, which low-cost care items matter most, and which import charges each of the six countries applies.

All details come from Woodestic's store pages, FAQ, terms, product feed and a six-country checkout test on 18 October 2026, and this page is updated whenever Woodestic changes prices, sets or delivery rules for the Gulf and Egypt.

The Woodestic Deals offer for the Gulf and Egypt reaches well beyond standard Crokinole. This page covers the printed Exclusive board, Carrom, the tabletop Shuffleboard and the care products that keep a surface fast, plus the import charges each country applies.

How Do You Order a Custom Woodestic Deals Exclusive Board?

Crokinole Exclusive puts your own image on the playing surface, printed for one buyer only, with Bronze, Silver and Gold levels at $809, $859 and $1,039.

What file does Woodestic need?

A high-resolution image of about 4000 x 4000 pixels sent by e-mail after the order; the team prepares a design proof that you approve before production starts.

How long does it take?

Production needs five to six weeks before the board ships, then DHL adds the usual few workdays to reach you. This matters for anyone ordering to the Gulf or Egypt.

What makes a good image?

A sharp photo or design with the key subject away from the centre hole and rings, so faces and names stay readable during play.

• Send the largest file you have.
• Approve the proof carefully.
• Allow about two months for a gift date.

What Does the Woodestic Deals Carrom Board Bring?

Carrom is a familiar game across South Asia and the Gulf, and Woodestic's version costs $699 with a steamed beech or cherry surface and ebony or walnut rims.

How is it played?

Players flick a heavier striker to pocket their own coloured men in the four corner pockets, with the red queen as a bonus that must be covered by a following shot.

Which set level should you take?

Bronze covers the board and basics; Silver adds more accessories and care products, and a Carrom carry case costs $87.90 separately.

How do you keep the surface quick?

Dust the board, sprinkle a thin layer of powder and play a few test shots; humid or dusty rooms may need more frequent cleaning.

1. Pick the surface and rim wood.
2. Add a carry case if you travel.
3. Keep powder near the board.

How Big Is the Woodestic Shuffleboard?

Woodestic's tabletop Shuffleboard measures about 145 x 35 cm and costs $699, bringing the old tavern game onto a dining table or sideboard rather than a long floor court.

How does a match work?

Players slide weighted pucks down a mirror-smooth surface, trying to stop them in the highest scoring zone near the far end while knocking rival pucks off or back.

Which spare parts are worth having?

A four-puck set costs $45.90, a single puck $15.90, wooden score counters $19.90 and a cleaning cloth $12.30, so a lost puck is an easy fix.

Where should it go in the house?

A long, level surface works best, so measure the table and keep the board away from heat and spilled drinks. The details below come from woodestic.com and its terms.

• Wipe the surface before play.
• Keep spare pucks for larger groups.
• Track points with the counters.

Which Woodestic Care Products Matter Most?

Of all the spares in the Woodestic shop, the humble tub of gliss powder does the most for play, since a fine dusting decides how smoothly and how far each disc slides.

Standard or EXTREME powder?

The regular 90 g tub is $5.90 and a refill pack $3.90; the faster EXTREME blend comes in 30 g for $7.90, and the maker describes both as free of harmful chemicals.

Which spares make sense to keep?

Lost discs are cheap to replace at $12.50 a colour for tournament size or $9.20 for mini, eight bumper rubbers cost $1.29, and a soft dust brush is $12.90.

Does the room climate matter?

Very dry air from strong cooling makes a surface faster and sticky sea air slows it, so start light and add powder only if discs stop short.

1. Sweep the surface with the brush.
2. Sprinkle a fine layer.
3. Flick a few test discs.

Which Import Charges Can Follow a Woodestic Order?

Woodestic sells from the EU, and its FAQ warns that buyers outside the EU may owe VAT and import duty set by their own country, outside the product and shipping prices.

What rates apply in each country?

Saudi Arabia charges 15% VAT, Bahrain 10%, Oman 5% and Egypt 14%, while Kuwait and Qatar have no VAT; customs duty under the common Gulf tariff is usually 5% on most goods.

How do you pay them?

DHL contacts you when the parcel lands, sends a payment link or notice, and releases the parcel after the charges are settled.

Can Woodestic tell you the amount upfront?

The FAQ says the charges depend on country and product type, so the DHL notice is the figure that counts. This matters for anyone ordering to the Gulf or Egypt.

• Budget a share of the order value.
• Watch for DHL's payment message.
• Pay quickly to avoid storage fees.
