Cancellations before packing are refunded within 14 days of the request, and returns within 14 days of the return request. The FAQs say money normally appears within 14 working days, depending on your bank.

Is the delivery fee refunded?

The Saudi policy refunds all payments, including standard delivery charges. The Kuwaiti policy refunds everything except shipping, and the KWD 2 fee on small orders is kept.

What is excluded?

Wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, misuse and damage from non-original accessories fall outside defect cover. Before sending a phone or tablet, sign out of your HUAWEI ID and restore factory settings.
