Miles Jewellery Deals: Ranking the Deals From Biggest to Smallest

Shoppers usually see three kinds of deal on the site, and they rarely add up, so ranking them helps pick the right one.

The Welcome Code Comes First

MILESFIRST20 gives twenty percent off for a customer's first purchase, which is the largest reduction found during verification.

Quick Summary: The Welcome Code Comes First

The Automatic Saving Comes Next

Without a code, the checkout applies fifteen percent off on its own. This is useful for returning customers who cannot use the welcome code.

1. Returning customers keep the automatic saving.
2. New customers apply the welcome code.
3. Everyone checks sale prices on product pages.

Checkout Steps in Short With the Miles Jewellery Deals

The checkout is a secure Shopify checkout, and every step is shown on screen before payment is taken. Because every figure is shown before payment, shoppers can compare totals with and without a code and simply step back if the numbers do not look right.

The Order of Steps

1. Choose your region.
2. Fill the cart.
3. Enter the delivery address.
4. Apply the code.
5. Pick a payment method.

What to Check at the End

The total should include the discount, free standard shipping and the duties and taxes already built in. Nothing extra is collected on delivery.

If Something Looks Wrong

Go back one step and correct the address or code before paying, because order changes are only accepted within two hours of ordering.

Understanding Moissanite Pieces

Moissanite appears in many pendants, crosses, studs and tennis pieces in the catalogue, and buyers often ask about its quality. Moissanite is popular in hip hop jewellery because it gives strong sparkle at a lower price than natural stones of a similar look.

What Moissanite Is

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and not a natural diamond. The brand uses VVS1 grade stones chosen for sparkle and clarity.

Certificates

A certificate is only included when the product page says so, so check the listing before buying if that matters to you.

Popular Moissanite Pieces

• Emerald cut moissanite studs in sterling silver
• Moissanite crosses
• Iced out tennis styles

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, it should be reported quickly. Opening the parcel soon after it arrives and checking every piece makes it easy to report a problem within the window.

Reporting Window

Report the problem within seven days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Report

1. Take photos of the piece and the box.
2. Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form.
3. Include the order number.

What Happens Next

The support team reviews the photos and replies with the next step.

The Lifetime Warranty

Every purchase comes with a lifetime warranty, and this includes custom pieces. For buyers comparing prices across jewellery stores, a lifetime warranty is one of the clearer points in the brand’s favour.

What It Means for Buyers

The warranty adds long-term value to any discounted order, because the protection is the same whether a code was used or not.

Making a Claim

• Keep the order confirmation
• Photograph the issue
• Contact support with the details

Warranty and Care

Following the care advice helps keep the plating and stones in good condition over time.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Order changes and cancellations are possible only for a short time after ordering. This short window is a good reason to double-check sizes, lengths and the delivery address before pressing the payment button.

The Two-Hour Window

Contact the store within two hours of ordering to change or cancel. Once processing starts, changes cannot be promised.

How to Ask

Use the Contact Us form or email [email protected] and include the order number.

Avoiding Changes

• Check sizes before paying
• Confirm the address
• Make sure the code was applied

How This Page Is Sourced and Verified

Delivery, returns, guarantee and support details on this page come from the official Miles Jewellery website for Kuwait. Code terms come from the brand's partner programme and were verified on the date shown on this page. Prices, stock and offer terms can change, so the final total on the official site checkout is always the figure that counts.

Who Checks the Codes

Each code is checked against the partner programme before it is listed here, and the date on this page shows the latest verification.

Checking the Final Total

Offer terms can change, so confirm the figure in the basket before paying.

1. Add items to the basket
2. Apply the code at checkout
3. Check the discount line and the total
