Materials Used in the Jewellery With the Miles Jewellery Promo Code

Materials vary from piece to piece, and the product page always lists what a specific item is made of. Reading the materials line before buying helps set expectations about weight, colour and how a piece will wear over the months ahead.

Metals

Pieces may use hallmarked 925 sterling silver, a premium copper base or stainless steel. Every piece is finished with six-layer electroplating for a long-wearing colour.

Stones

Stones include VVS1 moissanite and cubic zirconia, depending on the design. The product page states which stone is used.

What Plating Means

• Plated pieces are not solid gold or platinum
• Solid metal is only stated on the product page
• The finish is built for daily wear

Grillz and Custom Orders

Grillz and custom pieces follow different rules from the rest of the range, so they deserve a separate check before applying a code. Since these items cannot be sent back, it pays to read every detail on the product page and ask support any questions before paying.

Grillz

The range includes ten-tooth micro-pave grillz set with cubic zirconia. Grillz are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

Custom and Personalised Pieces

Custom and personalised items are made to order, take ten to twenty business days to produce and are final sale.

Warranty Still Applies

• Custom pieces carry the lifetime warranty
• Defects must be reported quickly
• Photos help speed up a claim

Where Orders Ship From

Orders ship from three warehouses, in the United States, Canada and Hong Kong, and the warehouse is assigned automatically by the shipping address. Shoppers do not choose the warehouse themselves; the system picks it based on the address, so an accurate address is the main thing to get right.

Why It Matters

The warehouse affects the route an order takes, but shipping stays free on the standard rate and duties remain included.

What Buyers See

The checkout shows the available rates for the address entered, and tracking arrives by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Keep the Address Accurate

• Use the full street address
• Add a working phone number
• Check the spelling before paying

The Lifetime Warranty

Every purchase comes with a lifetime warranty, and this includes custom pieces. For buyers comparing prices across jewellery stores, a lifetime warranty is one of the clearer points in the brand’s favour.

What It Means for Buyers

The warranty adds long-term value to any discounted order, because the protection is the same whether a code was used or not.

Making a Claim

• Keep the order confirmation
• Photograph the issue
• Contact support with the details

Warranty and Care

Following the care advice helps keep the plating and stones in good condition over time.

Payment Methods

The secure checkout lists several ways to pay, and card options are shown at the payment step. Having several wallets and crypto networks available means most shoppers can pay with a method they already use.

Wallets

Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.

Crypto Payments

Crypto can be paid through DePay across ten networks, including Solana, Ethereum, Base, Polygon and BNB Chain.

Payment Security

• Checkout runs over HTTPS on Shopify
• Card numbers and CVV are not stored by the brand
• Instalments appear only if shown at checkout

Each code is checked against the partner programme before it is listed here, and the date on this page shows the latest verification.
