Who is this quick guide for?

It suits shoppers who already know what they want, such as a wall mount for an acoustic guitar or a pick set as a gift. If you are still comparing products, browse the Play, Display and Lifestyle menus first, then come back to these steps when your cart is ready.

Does one code cover every product group?

Yes. It works across Play items like picks and the capo, Display items like mounts and stands, and Lifestyle products like the speaker and earbuds. You do not need a separate code per group, which keeps a mixed cart simple.

How Do You Apply the Openhagen Code in Six Steps?

You apply the Openhagen code in six short moves on the official site, where prices, shipping and delivery estimates are final. Following the order below avoids the most common slip, which is typing the code before the address is entered and then losing it on a page refresh.

1. Tap the button on this page to open the official Openhagen store.
2. Choose your products and select any colour or wood option.
3. Add them to the cart and press checkout.
4. Enter your email, full name and a street address in Kuwait.
5. Type ADM186 into the discount code box and press apply.
6. Confirm the lower total and pay by card or a digital wallet.

Step four: why does the address matter?

The address decides the shipping option, any remote-area surcharge and the free shipping threshold in your currency. Openhagen does not ship to P.O. boxes, so use a home or office street address.

Step five: what does a successful apply look like?

A discount line appears in the order summary and the subtotal drops by 15%. If no line appears, check the spelling and make sure no other code is already sitting in the box.

What if the page reloads?

Some browsers clear the field after a reload. Simply type the code again and press apply before you choose the payment method.

Which Products Can You Use the Openhagen Code On?

You can use the Openhagen code across the whole catalogue. The table below groups the main areas so you can plan a basket that gets the full benefit in one order.

Product group	Typical items
Play	Signature Pick Collection, the reimagined capo, attachable picks
Display	Guitar wall mounts, electric guitar mount, floor stand, display case
Lifestyle	Versatile guitar case, Bluetooth speaker, smart cinema projector
Home audio	Wooden headphone stand, phone-free music player, side-sleeper earbuds

Are oversized items included?

Yes, items such as the NordicCase and the NordicVault display case are part of the sitewide saving. They carry a special shipping fee, which the code does not reduce, but they ship free on orders above $399.

What about crossed-out prices?

Many product pages show a crossed-out price next to the current one. The code is applied at checkout on the current price, and the order summary shows the final figure.

How Long Does an Openhagen Order Take After You Use the Code?

After you use the Openhagen code and pay, the order is processed in about 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Most products then arrive in 4 to 8 business days, while oversized items take 25 to 30 business days.

Will you get a tracking number?

Yes. Once the parcel ships you receive an email with a tracking number, and the site has a Track your Order page for updates.

Are weekends counted?

No. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays, and the store notes that launches, restocks and promotions can extend processing.

What Should You Check Before Paying With the Openhagen Code?

Before paying, check four quick things. Each takes seconds and prevents the issues that most often delay an order.

• The discount line is visible in the summary.
• The address is a street address, not a P.O. box.
• The phone number is reachable for the courier.
• You are happy with the colour or finish, since returns need original packaging.

What happens if you change your mind?

You can return purchases within 100 days of delivery for a refund, in original packaging with your invoice. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is damaged or wrong.

How do we confirm this code?

We check the code against the official store and the affiliate programme that provides it, and we review it regularly. The store sets the final terms, and its checkout shows the binding price.
