Kinship Voucher Code: Using a Kinship Voucher Code Safely

A voucher code is only worth using on a shop you trust, so it helps to know how the store handles payment and authenticity before entering one.

If a piece is ever found not to be authentic, the return is free of charge. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, and accepted refunds land within five to ten business days. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund by contacting customer care straight away, so a mistake at checkout is easy to correct before dispatch. Keep the order confirmation email until the parcel arrives.

Safety Checks Before Paying

1. Confirm the address bar shows the official kinship.jp website
2. Read the product page for brand, colour and size
3. Apply the voucher code and check the discount line
4. Pay by card or a digital wallet through Shopify Payments

Quick Summary: Safety Checks Before Paying

How Card Details Are Handled

The store does not receive or store payment information; card details go straight to the payment network.

Beyond bags and shoes, the store lists clothing and outerwear from labels such as Arc'teryx, The Row and Celine.

1. Open the size details on the product page
2. Compare colour options shown on the listing
3. Check whether a sale price is shown
4. Apply the code at checkout and read the summary

Arc'teryx jackets such as the Beta SL appear among popular pieces.

If the Size Is Wrong

Request an exchange by email with the order number and reason; return shipping for a size change is paid by the shopper.

Unused Condition

Keep tags attached until you are sure, since returns must be unused with original labels.

Exchanges for Size or Colour

Exchanges at the store follow a short email process, with costs depending on the reason.

How Exchange Costs Work

• Defective or incorrect items: free exchange with a prepaid label
• Size, colour or model changes: shopper pays return shipping
• Email the order number and reason first
• Follow the instructions sent back

Timing

The new piece arrives five to ten business days after the returned item is received.

Wrong Piece Received

Send photos of the product to [email protected]; once verified, choose between a free exchange or a full refund.

Keep It Unused

Exchanges need the piece unused in its original packaging.

Why Orders Ship From Hong Kong

The store is a Japanese company, yet every order is dispatched from its Hong Kong inspection hub at Tsuen Wan.

Reasons Given

• Consolidating shipments from many partners
• Improving global delivery efficiency
• Running the second authentication check
• Lowering logistics costs

Returns Go There Too

Returned parcels are received at the same hub, after a return request has been acknowledged.

Couriers Used

FedEx, DHL and UPS Priority carry most parcels, sometimes with a local courier for the final stretch.

Gifting a Luxury Piece From Kinship

A designer bag or pair of loafers makes a clear gift, and the store delivery rules make sending one straightforward.

Gift Checklist

• Confirm the recipient's size before ordering
• Use a street address, not a PO box
• Remember a signature may be needed
• Keep the order emails for any exchange

Packaging

Pieces arrive in original brand packaging with tags attached, which suits gifting.

Returns on Gifts

The 14-day change-of-mind window starts the day after delivery, so share that date with the recipient.

The official website works on a phone browser, and the checkout field for codes is the same as on a computer.

Mobile Tips

• Copy the code before switching tabs
• Long-press the field to paste it
• Use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay for a faster checkout
• Zoom into the order summary before paying

Mobile mail apps may file confirmations under promotions.

Who Checks the Codes

Each code is checked against the partner programme before it is listed here, and the date on this page shows the latest verification.

Checking the Final Total

2. Apply the code at checkout
3. Check the discount line and the total
