Seasonal Offers

• Event banners appear on the site
• Seasonal codes can change quickly
• The welcome code stays the headline here

Sale Prices and How to Spot Them With the Miles Jewellery Offers

Sale prices appear on product pages next to the regular price, so they are visible long before checkout. Sale prices can change as stock moves, so the figure on the product page at the moment of ordering is the one that counts.

Typical Size of the Reduction

On listed sale pieces the reduction is about a quarter of the regular price. A thin rope chain was shown at about one hundred and eighteen US dollars instead of about one hundred and fifty-seven.

How Sale Prices Work With Codes

Sale prices are part of the item price, and the checkout reduction then applies to the subtotal. The order summary shows the final figure before payment.

Where to Look

• Chain and bracelet listings
• Pendant and cross listings
• Ring and earring listings

Rings, Earrings and Bracelets

Beyond chains, the store sells rings, earrings and bracelets that suit smaller budgets or gifts. These smaller pieces are also a simple way to try the brand before moving on to heavier chains or iced out sets.

Rings and Size Guides

A ring size guide is provided, and each ring page lists the sizes available. If you are unsure, the support team can help choose.

Earrings

Studs such as half-carat emerald cut moissanite earrings in sterling silver are listed with stone and metal details.

Bracelets

• Iced out halo tennis bracelets
• Matching styles for chains
• Sizes shown on each product page

Processing and Delivery Times

Delivery time has two parts: processing before dispatch and transit after it. Planning ahead matters for gifts, because custom work and international transit together can take several weeks.

Processing

Ready-made pieces are processed in one to five business days, while custom and personalised pieces take ten to twenty business days to produce.

Transit

After shipment, international delivery takes five to twenty business days. Deliveries within the United States and Canada are listed separately.

Tracking

• Tracking is emailed after dispatch
• Allow one to three days for updates
• Contact support if tracking stalls

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, it should be reported quickly. Opening the parcel soon after it arrives and checking every piece makes it easy to report a problem within the window.

Reporting Window

Report the problem within seven days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Report

1. Take photos of the piece and the box.
2. Email [email protected] or use the Contact Us form.
3. Include the order number.

What Happens Next

The support team reviews the photos and replies with the next step.

Customer Support and Store Reviews

Support is listed as available around the clock, every day, through the Contact Us form or [email protected]. Clear policies and responsive support are often what separate a trusted online jewellery store from an unknown one.

Is the Store Legit

The brand publishes its policies on shipping, returns, warranty and payments, sells through its own online store and uses a secure Shopify checkout. These are useful signs when reading reviews.

Reading Reviews

• Look at comments on quality and plating
• Check delivery experiences
• Compare with the warranty terms

How This Page Is Sourced and Verified

Delivery, returns, guarantee and support details on this page come from the official Miles Jewellery website for Oman. Code terms come from the brand's partner programme and were verified on the date shown on this page. Prices, stock and offer terms can change, so the final total on the official site checkout is always the figure that counts.

Who Checks the Codes

Each code is checked against the partner programme before it is listed here, and the date on this page shows the latest verification.

Checking the Final Total

Offer terms can change, so confirm the figure in the basket before paying.

1. Add items to the basket
2. Apply the code at checkout
3. Check the discount line and the total
