Who Is Behind the Brand Using the WAU Coupon Code?

WAU describes itself as a South Korean high-tech beauty company with a global vision. Knowing where products come from helps you judge quality and support before ordering a device.

Where are the products made?

The About page says products are made in facilities in South Korea and China and meet international standards. Research combines Korean skincare work with engineering partners from other countries.

Where is the business office?

WAU Global Limited lists a business office in Northcote, Auckland, New Zealand. The company says it is present in more than 60 countries and ships worldwide from its online store.

Fact	Detail	Source
Origin	South Korea	About page
Production	South Korea and China	About page
Office	Auckland, New Zealand	Contact page

How do you reach the company?

The contact page lists [email protected] and a message form with fields for your name, email and phone, which suits order and return questions.

• Read the About page once.
• Save the support email.
• Keep your order number handy.

What Does the WAU Range Include?

The catalogue holds about 184 products, so a quick map of the range saves time. Devices lead the line, supported by skincare, supplements, accessories and bundled sets.

Which categories are largest?

At our last count there were 71 sets, 38 supplements, 31 devices, 26 cosmetics and 13 accessories. Sets combine devices with skincare or several devices for one routine.

Which devices stand out?

LED phototherapy masks, the YUKI cooling hair removal device, microcurrent and EMS massagers, hair stylers, oral irrigators, sonic toothbrushes and the HIGE grooming tools appear most often.

Category	Examples	Typical use
Devices	LED masks, YUKI, MIRA	Home beauty care
Cosmetics	Serums, SPF cream	Daily skincare
Accessories	Nozzles, brush heads	Device upkeep

Do all products suit everyone?

Each device page lists its own instructions and limits, and some name medical conditions where use should wait for a doctor's advice.

1. Pick the category first.
2. Read the device instructions.
3. Compare single items with sets.

How Do You Read WAU Product Pages?

The catalogue mixes English and Russian product titles, and many items show two prices. A little care when reading pages avoids buying the wrong item.

Why are some titles in Russian?

Many sets and supplements carry Russian names and descriptions. Browser translation helps, and the English device names, such as MIRA or YUKI, stay the same across languages.

What do the two prices mean?

A crossed-out price is the brand's reference price, and the lower figure is the current price. The code then applies to the current price, as our cart tests showed.

Element	Meaning	Tip
Crossed-out price	Reference price	For comparison only
Current price	What you pay	Before the code
HIT or NEW tag	Popular or recent	Read reviews

How do you confirm the right item?

Check the model name, version number and included accessories in the description, then compare them with the cart line before paying.

1. Translate the page if needed.
2. Confirm the model and version.
3. Check the cart line before checkout.

How Are Refunds Paid?

Once a return reaches WAU, the refund follows a set timeline. Knowing the steps helps you follow up at the right moment rather than too early.

What happens after inspection?

WAU inspects the returned item and emails you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days.

What if the money does not appear?

Banks and card issuers can take extra time to post refunds. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, the policy asks you to email [email protected].

Stage	Timing	Action
Return received	After transit	Wait for email
Approval	After inspection	Check inbox
Refund posted	Within 10 business days	Check statement

Will exchange rates affect the refund?

Since checkout is in euros, your bank converts the refund again, so the amount in your currency can differ slightly from the original charge.

1. Track the return parcel.
2. Watch for the approval email.
3. Follow up after 15 business days.
