WAU Voucher Code: Returns, Refunds and Oral Care Oman Up To 10% For All Users

The WAU Voucher Code is WAUAD6 for 10% off orders. WAU accepts return requests within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging, started by email at [email protected]. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days, and the refund matches the discounted amount you paid.

Return rules matter when you buy devices from an overseas shop. WAU gives 30 days from receipt to request a return, with clear conditions on packaging and proof of purchase.

This page explains how to start a return, when refunds arrive, how exchange rates affect them, which oral care devices and spare parts are sold and what to do if the code does not apply at checkout. We update this page when WAU changes its terms or the offer.

The WAU Voucher Code WAUAD6 takes 10% off orders, and the return rules decide how safe a device purchase feels. Here is how the 30-day return window works, when refunds arrive, which oral care devices are sold and how to fix a code that fails.

What Are the Return Rules After Using the WAU Voucher Code?

Returns matter more for devices than for cheap accessories. WAU gives a 30-day window, with conditions that are easy to meet if you plan ahead.

How long do you have?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

How do you start a return?

Email [email protected] with your order details. If the return is accepted, WAU sends a return shipping label and instructions. Parcels sent without a request are refused.

Condition	Requirement	Tip
Time limit	30 days from receipt	Note the delivery date
Item state	Unused, original packaging	Keep the box
Proof	Receipt or order email	Save it

Does the discount affect the refund?

The refund follows the amount you paid, so a discounted order returns the reduced total rather than the full listed price.

• Keep the original box.
• Request the return by email first.
• Wait for the label before posting.

How Are Refunds Paid After the WAU Voucher Code?

Once a return reaches WAU, the refund follows a set timeline. Knowing the steps helps you follow up at the right moment rather than too early.

What happens after inspection?

WAU inspects the returned item and emails you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days.

What if the money does not appear?

Banks and card issuers can take extra time to post refunds. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, the policy asks you to email [email protected].

Stage	Timing	Action
Return received	After transit	Wait for email
Approval	After inspection	Check inbox
Refund posted	Within 10 business days	Check statement

Will exchange rates affect the refund?

Since checkout is in euros, your bank converts the refund again, so the amount in your currency can differ slightly from the original charge.

1. Track the return parcel.
2. Watch for the approval email.
3. Follow up after 15 business days.

Which Oral Care Devices Does WAU Sell?

Oral care is a quieter but popular part of the range. Irrigators and sonic toothbrushes come in several versions, with replacement heads sold separately at low prices.

Which irrigators are listed?

MIGA, MIGA PRO, MIGA NEW and MIGA BLACK are portable water flossers. The original MIGA weighs 157 grams, has an IPX7 water-resistant body, magnetic charging and a storage case.

Which toothbrushes are offered?

MORI 2.0 is a sonic toothbrush with a timer and pressure sensor, and MORI BLACK NEW is a lower-priced version. Both use replaceable brush heads sold in packs.

Device	Type	Listed price
MORI BLACK NEW	Sonic toothbrush	€94.95
MIGA	Irrigator	€108.95
MIGA PRO	Portable irrigator	€117.95

How often should you use an irrigator?

The MIGA page recommends twice a day after brushing, starting on the gentle mode if your gums are sensitive.

1. Choose an irrigator or toothbrush.
2. Add spare heads to the cart.
3. Apply the code to the whole order.

Why Might a Code Not Apply?

Most failed attempts come from small details rather than a broken offer. Running through the checks below usually solves the problem in under a minute at checkout.

Is the code typed correctly?

Copy it from our card instead of typing it, and remove any space before or after. Discount codes on Shopify stores are read exactly as entered, so a stray character blocks them.

Did the cart change after applying?

Adding or removing a product can recalculate the discount. If the discount line disappears after an edit, apply the code once more on the final cart before you enter payment details.

Problem	Likely cause	Fix
Error message	Typing mistake	Paste it again
Discount missing	Cart edited	Reapply the code
Old total shown	Page not refreshed	Reload checkout

Who can help if it still fails?

WAU answers questions at [email protected] and through the contact form, so send the code, your cart items and a screenshot of the message.

1. Paste the code again.
2. Reapply after any cart change.
3. Email support with a screenshot.

How Do Devices Charge and Travel?

Many buyers take devices on trips, so battery life, charging and water resistance matter. WAU lists these details on each product page.

How do the devices charge?

REN and KINU charge by Type-C cable, MIGA uses magnetic charging and KINU also has a dock. REN runs up to 100 minutes on a two-hour charge.

Which devices handle water?

MIGA has an IPX7 rating, HIGE PRO is IPX6 for wet shaving, REN is IPX4 for humid rooms and the EMI NUDE brush can be used in the shower.

Device	Charging	Water rating
MIGA	Magnetic	IPX7
HIGE PRO	Cable	IPX6
REN	Type-C	IPX4

What should you pack?

Bring the cable, a compact plug adapter if needed and the storage case, and keep devices in carry-on bags when airlines allow it.

• Charge fully before travel.
• Pack the cable and case.
• Check airline battery rules.
