This flow reflects the official Dermazone Store as checked in October 2026.

What Is Dermazone?

Dermazone is an online beauty and wellness store operated by Beauty Point Trading Company, a registered Gulf company. It sells skincare, Korean beauty, hair care and wellness products and promises original items at the best prices.

Which Products Are Usually on Sale?

Body care sets, Korean skincare and multi-month wellness packs appear often, though the list rotates. Checking through our link before each order shows what is reduced on the day you shop.

Where Does the Sale Price Show?

The sale price appears on the product card, on the product page and again in your cart. Seeing the same figure at each step confirms the markdown is applied before you reach checkout.

When Does Dermazone Issue Store Credit?

Dermazone's returns policy mentions store credit in one specific case. If a product is damaged by the shipping company and the damage is confirmed, the store may compensate you with a store coupon of the same value as the damaged item instead of a cash refund.

• Report the damage within two days of delivery.
• Email customer care with photos of the item.
• Wait for customer care to confirm the case.
• Receive a refund of the product price or an equal-value store coupon.

How Do You Use a Store Coupon From Dermazone?

If customer care issues a store coupon, follow the instructions in their email to apply it on your next order. The value matches the damaged item as stated on your invoice. Keep that email safe, and contact customer care if anything about the coupon is unclear before you place the next order.

Why Take Photos on Delivery?

Photos taken as soon as you open the parcel are the evidence customer care needs. They speed up the claim and help confirm the damage happened in transit.

Keep Your Paperwork

Keep the order email, invoice and tracking number together. They make any claim, refund or credit request faster to process.

How Do Dermazone Voucher Code Refunds Work?

Refunds are the other side of the Dermazone Voucher Code picture. The store returns money through the method you paid with, and the amount depends on when and why the order is cancelled or returned.

Situation	Refund Amount
Cancelled within 6 hours	Full value of cancelled items
Cancelled after shipping	Shipping and related costs deducted
Damaged in transit	Product price or equal-value store coupon
14 working days with zero contact or delivery attempt	Full refund including shipping

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 21 working days. If you paid by bank card, the refund returns to that card.

Which Items Are Excluded?

Vitamins and dietary supplements cannot be returned or exchanged, and opened products are accepted back only if they are defective. Any defective item is sent to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or replacement is agreed.

What If You Cancel Early?

Contact customer care by email or WhatsApp within 6 hours of ordering. The full value of the cancelled items is refunded through your original payment method, with no shipping charge deducted.

How Do Instalments and Payment Methods Fit In?

Payment choice affects how your spending is spread and how refunds return, so pick the method that suits your budget. Dermazone lists mada, Visa and Apple Pay, plus the instalment providers tabby and tamara.

1. Tap our link and fill your cart from a sale section.
2. Go to checkout and enter your full address.
3. Choose mada, Visa, Apple Pay, tabby or tamara.
4. Review the final total and confirm.

How Do Instalments Work?

When tabby or tamara appear at checkout, follow their steps to check whether your order qualifies and see the payment schedule. Eligibility depends on the provider, and the schedule appears in the provider summary before you confirm the order.

How Do You Contact Customer Care?

Email [email protected] or use the WhatsApp line. Office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:30, so email is the best channel for refund or credit questions you want on record.
