TravelUp Voucher Code: Redeem WINTER12 and Make the Most of Prime Points Qatar Up To extra savings For All Users

This page explains how to redeem the TravelUp Voucher Code WINTER12 and how it sits alongside other forms of value on TravelUp, such as Prime Points, Prime+ membership and refunds. The code is valid until 31 December 2026 on eligible bookings above the minimum spend.

Redemption happens on the PayUp page before payment, and one code is accepted per booking. Refunds on cancelled bookings are processed within seven to ten working days after the supplier approves them.

How Do You Redeem the TravelUp Voucher Code?

The TravelUp Voucher Code WINTER12 is redeemed on the PayUp payment page before you pay. Paste it into the discount code field, press apply and the total updates on screen. It works on eligible bookings above the minimum spend and stays valid until 31 December 2026.

Where Is the Redemption Field?

The discount code field sits on the PayUp page, the last step before payment. It appears after you choose your trip and add traveller details, on both the website and the app.

Can You Redeem More Than One Code?

TravelUp accepts one code per booking. If you hold both WINTER12 and TU50, use TU50 for Flight + Hotel packages and WINTER12 for flights or hotels booked on their own.

What Steps Complete the TravelUp Voucher Code Redemption?

Redeeming the code is a short sequence that ends with a confirmed booking. Follow these steps to make sure the saving is locked in before money is taken.

1. Open TravelUp through our link.
2. Choose flights, a hotel or a holiday.
3. Add traveller names and contact details.
4. Paste WINTER12 on the PayUp page.
5. Apply it, check the total and pay.
6. Keep the confirmation email.

How Do You Confirm Redemption?

After payment, the confirmation email shows the booking and the amount paid. Compare it with the total you saw after applying the code, so you know the saving was included.

What If the Field Rejects the Code?

Check spelling, the minimum spend and whether another code is in the field. If it still fails, open a fresh session through our link and try again before contacting support.

Keep Your Booking Reference Safe

The booking reference in your confirmation email is the key to any later change, refund or support request. Save it in your phone or the TravelUp app straight away.

How Do Prime Points Add Ongoing Value?

Beyond a single code, TravelUp rewards travellers through Prime Points. These build up across bookings and add value that a one-time code cannot provide on its own.

• Points are earned on bookings.
• Prime+ members earn double points.
• Members also get two Gold Service Packs.
• Early flash-sale access helps find lower fares.

How Do You Start Collecting Points?

Book through your TravelUp account so points are linked to you. Check the account after each trip to see your balance and how it can be used on future bookings.

Is Prime+ Worth It for Points?

Double points and the extra benefits suit frequent travellers. If you take only one trip a year, the standard points and a code like WINTER12 may already cover your needs.

What Happens to Value After a Cancellation?

Plans sometimes change, and knowing how refunds work helps you understand what happens to the money you paid with the code applied.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

TravelUp processes refunds within seven to ten working days after the airline or hotel approves them. The amount follows the supplier's fare rules, and it is based on what you actually paid.

Who Should You Contact?

Email [email protected] or call +44 118 955 6400 on weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00 UK time. For a formal complaint, write to [email protected] with your booking reference.

How Do You Redeem Codes in the Right Order?

The order of your actions decides whether the saving is captured. Redeeming the code last, just before payment, avoids the discount disappearing after an edit and keeps the final total clear on the PayUp page.

Why Redeem Last?

Changing dates, passengers or rooms can recalculate the booking price. Entering WINTER12 after every choice is final means the discount is applied to the real total, and you do not need to paste it again.

What If You Edit After Redeeming?

Look at the price summary again after any change. If the discount line has gone, paste the code once more and press apply before choosing a payment method.

Does the Payment Method Affect Redemption?

What Should You Check Before Your Trip?

A redeemed code is only part of a smooth journey. A short pre-trip check makes sure the booking you saved on goes ahead without surprises at the airport or hotel.

Which Documents Should You Prepare?

Keep passports, e-tickets and the confirmation email ready. Travellers to the USA should apply for an ESTA at least 72 hours before travel, as TravelUp's help centre advises.

When Should You Reconfirm?

Reconfirm your flight 72 hours before departure, because airlines sometimes change schedules. The app or the confirmation email gives you the booking reference needed for this check.
