Bob Oré Coupon Code: 10% Off With Clear Terms Saudi Up To 10% For New Users

Bob Oré Coupon Code BOBORESS takes 10% off orders on the official website in Saudi. Its terms are short: one promotional code per transaction, no codes added after an order is placed and a refund that follows the amount paid. The sections below explain each rule in plain words.

Bob Oré is a women's leather handbag brand that says it was born in Beverly Hills and refined in Paris. It sells shoulder bags, crossbody bags, totes, mini bags, leather gloves and silk scarves online, describes its style as quiet luxury at an honest price point, and offers an Economy International delivery rate.

Bob Oré Coupon Code: The Coupon Code Terms in Plain Words

The coupon code terms on the official website are short, and each one has a practical effect on how you build the basket. None of these terms is unusual, but reading them before you start saves time at checkout and avoids surprises if you change your mind after delivery.

One Code per Transaction

The store states that only one promotional code may be used per transaction. If a seasonal banner code is also running, choose the one that produces the lower total rather than trying to enter both.

Quick Summary: One Code per Transaction

Codes Cannot Be Added Later

A coupon code cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed. If you forget it, the order keeps its original total, so always check the discount line before paying.

1. Enter the coupon code.
2. Confirm the discount line.
3. Pay only after checking the total.

Key Store Terms

Returns and the Discount

If a discounted bag is returned, the refund is based on the amount actually paid. Delivery and handling fees are not refunded, and the refund policy describes a deduction for the original parcel, so read it before buying several colours to compare.

• Refund follows the paid amount
• Handling fees are not refunded
• Read the refund policy first

Leather Types Explained With the Bob Oré Coupon Code

The range uses several kinds of leather, and the product page names the one used for each bag. Reading the leather line before choosing matters, because each finish feels, ages and responds to care differently once the bag is in daily use.

Full-Grain Cowhide

Full-grain cowhide keeps the outer layer of the hide, so it is the strongest and ages well. The Lune, the Aetherwit and the Vela use it, and the Recto uses imported Italian full-grain cowhide.

Vegetable-Tanned and Litchi Grain

The Envoy is made from vegetable-tanned cowhide that develops a patina over time. The Zephyr Grande uses an ultra-soft litchi grain that feels relaxed in the hand.

Pebbled, Split and Napa

The Flexi uses pebbled leather, the Arden uses supple split leather and La Boite is described as a Napa box bag.

• Full-grain for strength
• Litchi grain for softness
• Pebbled for texture

Tracking a Parcel

Tracking is handled through a third-party portal. A tracking number is shared once the parcel leaves the warehouse, and the portal shows each scan from the first carrier to the local delivery partner in your country. Checking it every few days is enough, because international parcels often pass several hubs without a new scan. Keep the confirmation email until the bag arrives.

Where to Track

The store points shoppers to the 17track portal, where the tracking number shows the current status.

When Status Stops

If the status stops moving for several days, write to the store with the order number.

• Keep the tracking number
• Check the portal
• Contact the store if needed

Returns and Exchanges

The store publishes its return terms on the official website. Reading these terms before ordering helps, especially if you plan to buy two colours and keep only one.

Time Limits

The help page lists returns and exchanges on eligible items within thirty days of delivery. The refund policy page adds a three-day window for no-reason returns and thirty days for exchanges.

Costs

The buyer pays return shipping, and a deduction for the original delivery may apply. Delivery and handling fees are not refunded.

Condition

Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

• Check the window
• Keep the bag unused
• Read the refund policy

Quality Issues and Support

Quality problems are handled separately from ordinary returns. Clear photos taken in daylight speed up the review, and keeping the original packaging until the issue is resolved makes any resend or return simpler. Writing in one message with all details avoids a long back-and-forth.

Reporting a Fault

If an item arrives faulty or in the wrong size, the store resends it or refunds after receiving photo evidence.

What to Include

Write to the issue address with the order number, the product SKU and clear pictures of the fault.

General Questions

General questions go to the contact address listed on the official website.

• Order number
• Product SKU
• Clear photos

Accessories in the Range

Accessories round out a basket. They are also an easy way to try the brand's leather and finishing before choosing a full-size bag, and they travel well in a carry-on.

Leather Gloves

The Elora has leopard print detailing at the wrist, the Elise has refined stitching and the Elina has a smooth, tailored shape.

The Twilly Silk Scarf

The Twilly is a lightweight silk scarf that can be tied to a handle or worn.

The Keychain

The beaded keychain has a balloon dog charm and an enamel heart pendant.

• Gloves for colder trips
• Scarf for colour
• Keychain for a gift
