A Fever booking stays flexible after purchase, since many experiences allow a new date or a handover to a friend.
This page explains door entry and validation, where to find the ticket ID, how date changes and price gaps work and how ticket transfers by link are handled.
All details come from Fever's Riyadh and Jeddah pages and its help centre, reviewed on 18 October 2026, and this page is updated whenever Fever changes listings, prices or ticket rules in Saudi Arabia.
The Fever Offers page for Saudi Arabia covers what you can do with a ticket once paid for: show and validate it at the door, find its ID, move it to another date and pass it to a friend, so no booking goes to waste.
What Happens at the Door With Fever Offers Tickets?
Entry is simple: a staff member checks the ticket on your phone, taken from the app's Tickets section or from the confirmation email.
Is paper needed?
A phone screen is enough, though certain experiences accept app tickets only, and the confirmation email flags those cases in advance.
How does validation work?
On some tickets a Validate button must be pressed together with staff; it stays grey until your booked slot, and pressing it alone is a mistake to avoid.
| Ticket kind | At the entrance | Remember |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Show it on screen | App or email |
| App-only | Open in the app | Email warns you |
| With Validate | Press beside staff | Inactive until slot |
| Unused after slot | Expires | Be punctual |
What if validation never happens?
An unvalidated ticket expires when the booked time passes, so ask staff to validate it as soon as you reach the door.
- Charge your phone.
- Open the ticket before queuing.
- Validate only with staff beside you.
Where Do You Find the Ticket ID for the Fever Offers?
Each Fever order carries an eight-digit ticket ID, and quoting it is the quickest way for the support team to pull up your booking.
Where does it appear?
It is printed in your confirmation email and shown on the ticket in the app's Tickets section. Here is what Fever's own pages say.
Which requests need it?
Fever asks for it when you want a voucher exchange, an extra added, a complaint reviewed or a weather or strike case considered before an event.
| Request | ID required | Channel |
|---|---|---|
| Extra after purchase | Yes | Chat or form |
| Voucher exchange | Yes | Contact form |
| Weather or strike case | Yes | Before the date |
| Complaint | Yes | Contact form |
What about events with hidden addresses?
Some experiences keep the venue secret and reveal it no later than a week before the date, emailing it to the address on your order.
- Keep the confirmation email.
- Note the eight digits.
- Quote them whenever you write in.
How Do You Move a Fever Ticket to Another Date?
Where an experience allows it, Fever lets you switch to a new date or time yourself, either in the app or through Order support on the website.
What are the app steps?
In Tickets, open the booking and tap Change your date and/or time when it shows, then choose the new slot; the revised ticket replaces the old one in the app.
What are the website steps?
In Order support, find the booking, click Modify tickets and pick the new date and time, adding more tickets for that slot if you need them.
| Point | How it works | Advice |
|---|---|---|
| Price gap | A dearer date costs more | Check before confirming |
| More tickets | Add during the change | Same screen |
| New zone or type | Separate request | Ask Order support |
| Option absent | See event FAQs | Then contact Fever |
Is there a cut-off?
Standard tickets usually lock within 48 hours of the event, though certain events permit date changes until 24 hours before. Each point is taken from Fever's published pages.
- Open the booking early.
- Look for the change button.
- Pay any gap and keep the new ticket.
How Do You Pass Fever Tickets to a Friend?
Tickets can be handed over from the Fever app, and once your friend accepts, they own the tickets and see them in their own Tickets tab.
What are the steps?
Open the booking in Tickets, tap Transfer tickets, choose Transfer via link, set the number, tap Transfer and send the link; your friend opens it and signs in or registers.
When is it unavailable?
If Transfer tickets is missing, the experience blocks transfers, and handovers only work before the event for the booked date and slot.
| Rule | Detail | Result |
|---|---|---|
| New owner | Your friend | Appears in their app |
| Deadline | Before the event | Same date and slot |
| Flexible ticket | Loses refund right | Think first |
| Later edits | Friend contacts Fever | Support handles it |
Can points pay for a gift ticket?
Yes. Points stay on your account, but tickets bought with them can be sent to a friend like any other ticket.
- Confirm the transfer option is there.
- Send the link privately.
- Check your friend accepted it.
