Where exactly does AFF15 go?

Look for the Choose a Coupon section beside the summary. Paste the code, press apply and watch the totals. A separate discount row should appear, and the amount due should fall by the listed percentage.

What if nothing changes?

An unchanged total means the code has not registered. Delete it, paste once more without spaces and press apply again before paying.

JustFashionNow accepts most returns within 30 days of delivery. Condition rules are strict, so knowing them before you open the parcel helps.

Which items can go back?

Items need to be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging with every tag attached. Swimwear, bikinis, bags, accessories, lingerie, bras and Final Sale items are excluded, except swimwear that arrives faulty or wrong.

What are the steps?

Use Tracking Order at the foot of the home page, enter your email and order number and press Return on the order. Authorisation and the return address arrive by email within 48 hours.

Who pays postage?

The customer pays return postage. Send the parcel only to the address in the email, since the sender address on your package is not the returns centre.
