Who Is Behind Miles Jewellery With the Miles Jewellery Coupon Code

The brand presents itself as a hip hop jewellery label based in Canada, shown on the site simply as MILES. Its About page says it was born from a passion for street culture and a belief that bold jewellery should not come with an impossible price tag. This direct model means the prices, policies and warranty on the official site come from the brand itself rather than from a reseller, which keeps the details consistent from one order to the next.

Where the Brand Comes From

The company is based in Canada and ships to customers around the world. The site does not name an individual owner or founder, so the brand name is the clearest point of reference for buyers.

What the Brand Stands For

• Authenticity in materials and stones
• Quality built to last
• Community around hip hop culture

Why It Matters for Buyers

Knowing the brand is based in Canada and sells directly through its own online store helps when judging whether the store is legit before placing an order.

Shipping Costs and Duties

Standard shipping is free on every order to destinations available at checkout, and the checkout offered a free rate for Saudi during verification. This makes the price on screen the full price, which is helpful when comparing a discounted basket with jewellery from other places.

Duties and Taxes

Orders ship on a duties-paid basis, with duties and taxes included in the price, so nothing is collected on delivery.

Faster Options

Faster shipping services may cost extra, and their price is shown before payment.

• Free standard rate
• Paid standard and express options
• No charges at the door

Processing and Delivery Times

Delivery time has two parts: processing before dispatch and transit after it. Planning ahead matters for gifts, because custom work and international transit together can take several weeks.

Processing

Ready-made pieces are processed in one to five business days, while custom and personalised pieces take ten to twenty business days to produce.

Transit

After shipment, international delivery takes five to twenty business days. Deliveries within the United States and Canada are listed separately.

Tracking

• Tracking is emailed after dispatch
• Allow one to three days for updates
• Contact support if tracking stalls

Where Orders Ship From

Orders ship from three warehouses, in the United States, Canada and Hong Kong, and the warehouse is assigned automatically by the shipping address. Shoppers do not choose the warehouse themselves; the system picks it based on the address, so an accurate address is the main thing to get right.

Why It Matters

The warehouse affects the route an order takes, but shipping stays free on the standard rate and duties remain included.

What Buyers See

The checkout shows the available rates for the address entered, and tracking arrives by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Keep the Address Accurate

• Use the full street address
• Add a working phone number
• Check the spelling before paying

Returns and Exchanges

Non-custom, ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within thirty days of delivery when they meet the return conditions. Keeping the box, tags and proof of purchase until you are sure about a piece makes any return straightforward.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging and sent with proof of purchase. Authorisation is needed before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

The customer pays return shipping unless the error was made by the brand.

Exclusions

• Grillz cannot be returned
• Custom and personalised pieces are final sale
• Items must not be worn
