Miles Jewellery Voucher Code: Choosing Between the Voucher and the Automatic Saving

Because only one reduction can apply, choosing between the voucher and the automatic saving is the main decision at checkout.

When the Voucher Wins

For a customer with no previous orders, the voucher code gives twenty percent off, which is more than the automatic fifteen percent.

Quick Summary: When the Voucher Wins

When the Automatic Saving Wins

Returning customers cannot use the welcome voucher, so the automatic saving applied at checkout is the reduction they receive.

1. Check whether you have ordered before.
2. Apply the voucher if this is your first purchase.
3. Otherwise keep the automatic saving.

What Never Changes

• One reduction per order
• Free standard shipping
• Duties included in the total

Wear and Care With the Miles Jewellery Voucher Code

The brand describes its jewellery as waterproof and sweat-resistant for normal daily wear, which suits gym sessions and everyday use. Following a few easy habits keeps the shine for longer and reduces the chance of needing to use the warranty.

What to Avoid

The pieces are not chemical-proof, so keep them away from bleach, perfume, ultrasonic cleaners and silver dip.

Simple Care Routine

1. Wipe pieces with a soft dry cloth.
2. Store them apart to avoid scratches.
3. Take them off before using chemicals.

Why Care Matters

Good care protects the electroplated finish and keeps stones bright for longer.

Returns and Exchanges

Non-custom, ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within thirty days of delivery when they meet the return conditions. Keeping the box, tags and proof of purchase until you are sure about a piece makes any return straightforward.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging and sent with proof of purchase. Authorisation is needed before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

The customer pays return shipping unless the error was made by the brand.

Exclusions

• Grillz cannot be returned
• Custom and personalised pieces are final sale
• Items must not be worn

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Order changes and cancellations are possible only for a short time after ordering. This short window is a good reason to double-check sizes, lengths and the delivery address before pressing the payment button.

The Two-Hour Window

Contact the store within two hours of ordering to change or cancel. Once processing starts, changes cannot be promised.

How to Ask

Use the Contact Us form or email [email protected] and include the order number.

Avoiding Changes

• Check sizes before paying
• Confirm the address
• Make sure the code was applied

Prices and Currency

Prices are shown in the currency of the selected region, so shoppers see local figures while browsing. Seeing local currency while browsing makes it easier to judge value without converting prices by hand.

Price Range

The range runs from slim chains and studs at modest prices to heavier iced out pieces, and many items carry sale prices.

The Final Figure

The checkout total is the final price, already including the discount, shipping choice, duties and taxes.

Comparing Prices

• Check the regular and sale price
• Note the automatic saving
• Compare with the code applied

Customer Support and Store Reviews

Support is listed as available around the clock, every day, through the Contact Us form or [email protected]. Clear policies and responsive support are often what separate a trusted online jewellery store from an unknown one.

Is the Store Legit

The brand publishes its policies on shipping, returns, warranty and payments, sells through its own online store and uses a secure Shopify checkout. These are useful signs when reading reviews.

Reading Reviews

• Look at comments on quality and plating
• Check delivery experiences
• Compare with the warranty terms
