Option B Discount Code: Applying the Discount Code Without Errors

A few habits keep the discount code in place from the cart to the payment screen. Most errors come from a stray space, a session that timed out or a change made after the code was applied.

Before Entering the Code

Finish choosing items first. Adding or removing products after the code is applied can recalculate the total, and on some carts the discount line has to be applied again.

Quick Summary: Before Entering the Code

Entering It Correctly

Type AA39 by hand rather than pasting it, so no hidden space slips in. Press apply once and wait for the summary to refresh.

1. Clear the discount code field.
2. Type AA39 in capitals.
3. Press apply and wait.

Key Store Terms

After Applying

If you change the address or payment method, look at the order summary again. If the discount line has gone, enter the code once more before you confirm.

• No pasted spaces
• One press of the button
• A final look before paying

Common Mistakes to Avoid

The most common mistakes are copying the code with a trailing space, letting a phone keyboard change a capital letter, or typing it into the search box instead of the discount field. Refresh the cart, type the code by hand and wait for the discount line before you continue.

How This Page Is Sourced and Verified

Shipping, returns and payment details on this page come from the official Option B website for Saudi. Code terms come from the brand's partner network and were verified on the date shown on this page.

Where the Store Details Come From

Policy lines are taken from the shipping, returns and exchange pages published on the official website, and price ranges come from the online catalogue.

How the Code Is Confirmed

The code, its rate and its exclusions are matched with the partner network listing. Prices and stock can change, so the final total at checkout on the official site is the figure that counts.

Who Checks the Codes

Each code is checked against the partner programme before it is listed here, and the date on this page shows the latest verification.

Checking the Final Total

Offer terms can change, so confirm the figure in the basket before paying.

1. Add items to the basket
2. Apply the code at checkout
3. Check the discount line and the total
