Diesel Discount Code: Ordering, Order Changes, Be U and Store Pick-Up Saudi For All Users

Most of the value in a Diesel order comes from getting the details right the first time and using the extras the stores offer, such as Be U points and free pick up in store.

This page covers the ordering steps, what to do when details are wrong, the Be U tiers and how store collection and in-store returns work.

Every fact comes from Diesel's own Saudi and Kuwaiti help, policy and product pages, checked on 18 October 2026, and we refresh this page whenever either store changes its prices or rules.

The Diesel Discount Code deal works best when the order goes through cleanly the first time. Here is how to order step by step, what to do if a detail is wrong, how Be U tiers add birthday points and gifts, and how to collect or return in a store.

How Do You Order Step by Step With the Diesel Discount Code?

Ordering takes a few minutes once the store matches your country, and each step shows the details you need to check before paying.

What happens before checkout?

You pick an item, choose the size and colour or wash, and add it to the shopping bag, which confirms with a short message that the product was added.

What does checkout ask for?

It asks for your delivery address, a home delivery or pick up in store choice and a payment method, then shows the total in riyals or dinars.

Why check the address twice?

The shipping page says the address and other order details cannot be changed after payment, so a quick check prevents delivery problems.

1. Open the store through our link.
2. Add items and open the bag.
3. Confirm address, method and total.

Can You Change an Order Placed With the Diesel Discount Code?

Orders are locked once they are placed, so the help pages point you to client service as soon as you notice a problem.

What if the delivery details are wrong?

The orders page says it is no longer possible to modify an order after it has been placed, and asks you to contact client service quickly by phone or email to fix shipping details or cancel.

What if you change your mind after delivery?

The same page reminds buyers that items can be returned within 30 days from delivery with the free return service, and refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

Which details should you have ready?

Keep the order number and the email address you used, since both are needed for tracking and for any change request.

• Order number.
• Purchase email address.
• The item and size in question.

How Does the Diesel Be U Programme Work?

Be U is the rewards programme linked to Diesel's Gulf stores, and points can be earned and used both online and in Diesel stores.

How do you join and link accounts?

What do the tiers give?

White members get points earning, 100 birthday points, complimentary alterations and pre-sale access. Gold adds complimentary home delivery, Be U discount days, 150 birthday points, a 50% bonus points day and a welcome gift.

How do you move up a tier?

The programme page says the more you spend, the quicker you reach higher tiers, and Black adds alterations delivery and a Gold Tier Gift.

• Join before your first order.
• Link the website account.
• Track points in the app.

How Does Diesel Pick Up in Store Work?

Both stores let you collect an online order at select Diesel stores, which suits shoppers who want to try the fit on the spot.

How do you choose a store?

Select Pick up in Store at checkout and choose the store nearest to you. Diesel emails you as soon as the order is ready to collect.

Can you return to a store?

You can return an online order to any Diesel store in the same country you bought from, while items bought in a store cannot be returned online.

Where are the stores listed?

The footer has a Store Locator with a Find a store button for the nearest Diesel boutique in your country. Here is what Diesel's own country pages say.

1. Choose Pick up in Store at checkout.
2. Wait for the ready email.
3. Bring the order details to the store.

Which Payment Methods Does Diesel Accept?

Payment options differ by country store, so check the list for your own country before choosing instalments or cash on delivery.

What does the Saudi store accept?

MADA, Mastercard and Visa, plus Tabby and Tamara, which both split the total into four equal instalments at no additional cost. Cash on delivery is open for orders under SAR 1,000 with a SAR 15 surcharge.

What does the Kuwaiti store accept?

KNET, Mastercard and Visa, plus Tabby in four equal instalments at no additional cost. Cash on delivery is open for orders under KD 100 with a KD 1.5 surcharge.

Is the cash surcharge refunded on a return?

The help pages say the cash on delivery surcharge is non-refundable, so a card or instalment payment avoids that cost. The details below come from the Saudi and Kuwaiti stores.

• Pay by card to skip the surcharge.
• Use instalments to spread larger totals.
• Keep cash for smaller orders.
