Diesel Promo Code: Free Delivery, Tracking, Basics and Support Saudi For All Users

Delivery is free on both Gulf Diesel stores, so the questions that matter are speed, tracking, the rules for basics such as underwear and how to reach client service.

This page explains Aramex delivery, how to follow a parcel, what boxer packs, socks and swim shorts cost and which phone line and hours apply in each country.

Every fact comes from Diesel's own Saudi and Kuwaiti help, policy and product pages, checked on 18 October 2026, and we refresh this page whenever either store changes its prices or rules.

The Diesel Promo Code deal comes with free delivery on every Saudi and Kuwaiti order, so the main questions are speed, tracking and support. Here is how Aramex delivery works, how to follow a parcel, what basics cost and how to reach client service.

How Does Delivery Work With the Diesel Promo Code in Saudi?

Both stores ship every order with Aramex and list delivery as completely free inside their own country, with no minimum order on the shipping page.

How fast are orders shipped?

The shipping page says orders are shipped within one to two days, and orders are shipped and delivered on all days of the week.

What did our cart test show?

On 18 October a test bag on the Saudi store showed Free Home Delivery at SAR 0.00 for a Saudi address, and the Kuwaiti store showed Free Delivery at KD 0.000 for Kuwaiti governorates.

Can an order arrive in parts?

Yes. Orders with several items may come in multiple shipments, so a missing piece may simply be in a second parcel.

1. Check your address before paying.
2. Wait for the tracking email.
3. Follow the parcel on Aramex.

How Do You Track an Order Placed With the Diesel Promo Code?

Tracking starts with an email: once the order is shipped, Diesel sends a tracking number that works on the courier's website.

Where do you enter the tracking number?

Use it on the Aramex website to follow the parcel, or use the order status page on the Diesel store with your order number and confirmation email.

Why use the same country site?

The orders help page asks you to check that you are on the same country or region website where the order was delivered, since each store holds its own orders.

What if parts arrive separately?

Multi-item orders can come in multiple shipments, so each parcel can have its own tracking update. The details below come from the Saudi and Kuwaiti stores.

• Save the shipping email.
• Track on Aramex.
• Check the account orders tab.

Which Diesel Underwear, Socks and Swimwear Are Listed?

Basics such as boxer packs, socks and swim shorts are the lowest-priced items, and the Kuwaiti store carries a wider choice of them.

What did the Saudi store list?

What return rule applies to these items?

Underwear and beachwear can only be returned with the package sealed, so check the size chart before opening a pack. Each point is taken from Diesel's published help pages.

• Read the size chart first.
• Keep packs sealed until sure.
• Compare pack sizes and fabrics.

How Do You Reach Diesel Client Service?

Each country store lists its own phone line and hours, while both share one email address for written questions. Each point is taken from Diesel's published help pages.

1. Call for urgent changes.
2. Email for returns and refunds.
3. Keep the reference number.

How Does Diesel Pick Up in Store Work?

3. Bring the order details to the store.
