At this store, a voucher code, promo code and discount code all go into the same Promotional Code box. The word changes, but the redemption route is identical: one field in the cart, applied before payment.

Who should redeem this voucher?

Returning customers who have ordered before. First-time buyers have their own 10% code on a separate card, which gives them a larger first-order saving. Choose the card that matches your order history before you start.

What Is the Step-by-Step Redemption Route?

The route is the same on every repeat order. These steps take you from the coupon card to a confirmed purchase with the LEGO Voucher Code applied. It takes only a few seconds.

1. Reveal YC5 on the card above and open the store.
2. Sign in, or continue as a guest if you prefer.
3. Add your sets and open the cart page.
4. Type the voucher into the Promotional Code box and apply it.
5. Check the reduced total and the delivery line.
6. Pay by card and keep the confirmation email.

How long does redemption take?

Only a moment. The store's FAQ says the offer is applied instantly to all applicable items in the basket as soon as the code is entered. If you change the basket afterwards, apply the voucher again.

What should you check after redeeming?

Check that the voucher line appears, that every set you wanted is still in the basket, and that the delivery details are correct before you pay.

Redeeming on the app

The store's LEGO app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Reach the checkout and use the promotional code field in the same way.

Which Store Credits and Vouchers Can Come Your Way?

Besides the LEGO Voucher Code, the store itself can issue credit in specific situations. Knowing them helps you get full value from every order.

Situation	What the store offers
Wrong or damaged item sent	Delivery cost refunded as an online voucher
Missing or broken bricks	Replacement pieces free of charge
Return within 14 days	Refund of the item value after quality checks
Return to a physical store	Refund of the item value or an exchange

When is delivery refunded as a voucher?

The store's FAQ says it is happy to refund the delivery cost as an online voucher when its team makes a mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product. If you return an item because you changed your mind, the delivery fee is deducted from the refund instead.

What happens with store returns?

When an item is returned directly to a LEGO Certified Store, the store refunds the item value or exchanges the product, while the delivery cost stays with the original order. Items must be unused, unopened and returned with the original receipt within 14 days of delivery.

Which Redemption Tips Keep the Saving Safe?

A few habits make sure the voucher lands every time. Keep these in mind on each repeat order.

• Use the existing-customer voucher only after your first order.
• Enter the code after the basket is complete.
• Remove any spaces before applying it.
• Double-check recipient details before paying.

Why do recipient details matter?

The store states it will not refund or replace an order delivered to the wrong person because of incorrect details. Checking the name, address and phone protects both the order and the saving. A correct phone number also helps the courier arrange delivery.

Can you cancel after redeeming?

Registered customers can cancel under My Account while the order is unprocessed. After processing, customer service on 8001207669 will try to cancel before shipping; once shipped, it becomes a return.
