vidaXL Voucher Code — Redeem Points and Store Credits for All Customers Saudi For All Users

The vidaXL Voucher Code on our site is a direct deal through our link to the official store. For redemption, vidaXL+ Rewards points become fixed-value vouchers at checkout, up to 100 points per order, and any store code goes in the Promo code field. Vouchers and points cannot be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash.

Redemption at this store follows clear rules. Reward points are credited 30 days after an order is completed and redeemed as fixed-value vouchers, while store codes are entered once per order in the checkout summary.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, codes used on a returned order are not refundable, and spent points return to your account after a processed return, so understanding these rules protects every saving.

How Do You Redeem a vidaXL Voucher Code?

To redeem a vidaXL Voucher Code saving, open the official store through our link, where the direct deal activates automatically. At checkout you can then redeem credited reward points as a fixed-value voucher or enter one store code, and the Checkout Summary shows the reduced total before you pay.

Redemption type	How it works
Direct deal	Activates through our link
Reward points	Fixed-value voucher, up to 100 points per order
Store code	Entered in the Promo code field
Combination	Points discounts cannot join other discounts

When do points become redeemable?

Points are credited 30 days after an order is completed. Until then they are pending, so plan to redeem them on a later order rather than the one that earned them.

How much can one voucher cover?

You can redeem up to 100 points per order, worth 200 SAR, because each point is worth 2 SAR. Larger balances can be used across several orders.

Do I need an account to redeem?

Yes. Points are earned and used through your vidaXL account, so log in before checkout. Store codes, by contrast, also work for guest orders, and you can create an account during checkout if you want to start collecting points.

What Are the Steps to Use Points or a Store Code at Checkout?

The redemption steps are short. Choose either your points or a store code for the order, because the rules prevent a points discount from being combined with other discounts.

1. Open the store through our link and log in.
2. Add your items and go to checkout.
3. Choose points or one store code for this order.
4. For a code, select Use coupon code and fill the Promo code field.
5. Check the reduced total in the Checkout Summary.
6. Pay with Apple Pay, PayPal or a card.

Which products can a store code reduce?

Store code discounts are calculated only on vidaXL brand products, even when other brands are in the cart, so check the brand on each product page.

What if the code is rejected?

Look for a minimum purchase, an expiry date, a category or country limit, or an extra space. If it still fails, contact customer service through the chat or contact form.

Can I split my vouchers across orders?

Yes. One code applies per order, so separate orders let you use more than one code, and points can be spread over future orders up to the cap.

How Are Refunds and Credits Handled?

Refunds follow clear rules that affect vouchers and codes. Knowing them before you order helps you decide which saving to use on items you might return.

Situation	What happens
Return of an order with a code	The code is not refunded
Return of an order with points	Points return to your account
Points earned on a returned order	Not awarded
Refund method	Original payment method

How fast is a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The store may wait until it receives the product or proof of shipment, and you receive emails at each stage.

What is a credit note request?

The help centre offers a credit note request form. Include your order number, the email address on the order and details of your request for a smooth process.

How do I start a return to get a refund?

Contact customer service within the withdrawal period and share your order number, the product and quantity you want to return, and, if it arrived damaged, photos of the item and box labels. The team then sends return instructions and any alternative solutions.

Can price drops be refunded as credit?

Prices online change with trends, stock and demand, and the help centre states that refunds are not made for price changes. Using your points or a code on the day you buy is therefore the practical way to lock in a saving.

What Should You Remember About the vidaXL Voucher Code Deal?

The vidaXL Voucher Code deal keeps redemption simple: the link always applies, and you choose points or one code per order. Everything else, from pricing to delivery, follows the store's standard terms.

• Prices include taxes and delivery costs.
• Home delivery is free.
• Points cannot be converted into cash.
• One store code per order.

Is there a guarantee on redeemed purchases?

Yes. Every product carries the minimum 2-year legal guarantee, whether you paid in full or used points or a code.

How do I keep track of my points?

Your vidaXL account shows your points and orders. Log in before shopping so new points are added and existing ones are ready to redeem, and check the balance before choosing between points and a store code.

How do we verify this redemption guide?

We review the deal link and the store's rewards, coupon and refund articles before publishing, and we update this page when the rules change.
